NFL Commissioner Roger Goodell and New England Patriots quarterback Tom Brady are expected back in a New York courtroom after failing to settle the ''Deflategate'' case. U.S. District Judge Richard Berman told both sides they will need to appear in federal court Monday morning for a status conference in the case.
