Browns quarterback Johnny Manziel has been officially ruled out of the season finale with a concussion. Coach Mike Pettine said Thursday that Manziel's season is over after he was entered into the league's protocol on head injuries a day earlier. Manziel sustained his concussion in Sunday's 17-13 loss to Kansas City.
